Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery is sent using a tracked service, and tracking details will be provided when your order is shipped. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Standard delivery is free for orders over £30. Any delivery charge for orders below £30 will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at cs@supify.co.uk and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
