Products and product information
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, availability and prices are accurate and up to date. Product information is provided for general information and should be read together with the product packaging and label.

Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may contact you if we cannot accept an order, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or product-information error has occurred, or we cannot verify the order. Payment must be completed using an available payment method before an order is dispatched.

Prices and VAT
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Dispatch and delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery estimates may vary by carrier and destination. Please see our Shipping policy for further information.

Returns and refunds
Our 30-day return policy applies to unused, unopened and sealed products in their original packaging. Please see our Return and refund policy for the full process and exceptions. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please contact us at cs@supify.co.uk as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery and other materials, belongs to Supify LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Website use
