Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to orders placed with Supify Ltd through our website.

We want your order to arrive in the condition you expect. If something is not right, contact us before sending anything back.

Return window

We can offer an exchange or refund for sealed products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, sealed, unused, in its original packaging and returned with proof of purchase.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used or unsealed supplement products unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

Before returning any goods, email us at cs@supify.co.uk.

Please include your order number, full name, the product you want to return, whether you would prefer a refund or exchange, and the reason for return.

Do not send products back until we have confirmed the return instructions by email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, Klarna or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange, we will confirm availability before sending the replacement product.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at cs@supify.co.uk.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.

UK consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
