2. Our products

Supify sells food supplements. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always read the product label before use. Do not exceed the stated daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using supplements.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will confirm your order by email.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an error in the price or product information, we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity, or we are unable to deliver to your address.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Where applicable, prices include VAT. Delivery costs, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We may accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna and other payment methods shown at checkout. Availability of payment methods may vary.

5. Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Available delivery services and prices are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected by the customer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless stated clearly at checkout. You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Returns and refunds

We can offer an exchange or refund on sealed products within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned unless faulty. You must contact us before returning any goods.

7. Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Small differences may occur between product images and the final product, including packaging updates.

If we notice an error, we may correct it or cancel affected orders.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website. You must not attempt to interfere with the website’s security, copy or reproduce our content without permission, use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or upload harmful code, spam or malicious content.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, copy, product names, images, graphics and design elements belong to Supify Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.

10. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
