Editorial & Research Standards

Supify publishes product education to help customers understand ingredients, serving sizes, evidence and label claims. This page explains how that content is prepared and where its limits are.

What we use

Our preferred source order is: current product records and laboratory documents; official UK regulatory or public-health guidance; peer-reviewed human research; then broader scientific reviews where they add context.

How we handle claims

  • We separate evidence about an ingredient from evidence about a finished Supify product.
  • We do not present a raw-botanical equivalent as if it were the physical extract weight.
  • We keep mineral compound weight separate from elemental mineral content.
  • When a laboratory result applies to one flavour, sample or batch, we state that boundary.
  • Emerging findings are described as emerging rather than upgraded into established benefits.
  • Food-supplement content is educational and is not presented as medical diagnosis or treatment.

AI-assisted workflow

AI tools may assist with research organisation, drafting, comparison and editing. They are not treated as a source of evidence. Published articles are checked by Supify against the cited sources, current product information and the intended scope of the claim before publication.

Where an article has not been reviewed by an external clinician, dietitian, pharmacist or other named specialist, we do not imply that it has.

Authorship and accountability

Unless a named author or reviewer is shown, Supify is responsible for the published content. Each article should identify its sources clearly enough for readers to inspect the underlying evidence themselves.

Updates and corrections

Research, product formulas and regulatory guidance can change. We update content when a source, product fact or claim boundary materially changes. If you spot an error or an outdated statement, contact cs@supify.co.uk.
